RETURNS & REFUNDS

PRIVATE CUSTOMERS
Please let us know straight away if your goods are damaged on arrival or if you find any fault. We will then arrange a replacement or refund.

For online orders you have 14 days after receipt to cancel an order. Once you have notified us you would like to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Goods must be unopened and sent in suitable packaging to ensure their safe return. You will need to pay for return postage. We will refund you within 14 days of the goods’ return.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Different rules apply to perishable goods, i.e. bread and pastries. If you are a wholesale customer please email orders@sodt.co.uk or call 01798 342888 on the day of delivery if any part of your order is missing or damaged. Later claims may not be considered.
