Sødt is pronounced soot and is Danish for sweet.
Sødt makes traditional artisan breads and pastries using natural ingredients and slow fermentation for extra depth of flavour. All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and we do not use any additives. We are passionate about real bread.

Sødt was founded by Troels Bendix and Pawel Litewka in 2018. Troels and Pawel have shared a long bread adventure, starting a successful London bakery, losing it and starting again. They have built up and run bakeries and award winning bakery based shops, developing multi award winning products for those and others along the way.

They have been baking together since 2002.
