All SØDT products are about convenience. The core of the products are of Danish origin but I do sneak others into the mix because they are just delicious. Such as these wonderful breakfast blueberry sourdough pancakes. A great breakfast treat served with maple syrup. A bowl of yogurt and granola, pancakes and pastries and your breakfasts will become legendary
There are two methods you can use to re-heat the pancakes:
For best results set the oven to 180˚C, take the pancakes out the freezer and place them on a parchment lined baking tray in a single layer with a little bit of butter on top of each. Let the pancakes sit at room temperature until the oven has heated and then bake for 4-5 minutes. . If you forget to put the pancakes in the oven immediately it reaches temperature do not worry, they will be fine sitting at room temperature for up to one hour before baking.
The pancakes can also be baked directly from the freezer in a pre heated oven at 180˚C. For this method allow 5-7 minutes baking time.
The temperatures given are for a fan oven. A good rule of thumb is to add 20˚C for a conventional oven. I strongly suggest using an oven thermometer to ensure the correct temperature, especially if using an older oven.
